Refund policy
We offer returns for store credit within 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment. We do not offer return or exchange for any order after 7 calendar days of receiving your shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund for store credit.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will automatically be applied to your account. To make a purchase with your store credit, please email us at hello@shopasort.com
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged; send us an email at hello@shopasort.com, and we will provide you a shipping address to send back the item.
Return shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
